Contrasting your garden

23 Apr

The main problem people have when they are doing their own planting, retaining wall, or landscape is that they like one color for a retaining wall and one color for mulch/decorative stone.  Problem: sometimes the two colors clash. You may want the tan retaining wall because of the color is nice, and the stone you picked might be a white. In theory, the colors sounded good, but standing back, after you bought the material and put all the time into it, you dont like it. Dont be afraid to ask for samples. If your hearts set on a tan retaining wall, go with a red mulch, or a granite or dark stone. If you have a dark wall like charcoal, go with a white, or natural color mulch.

Happy Adventures!
